MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION + POLICIES QUICK FACTS

• Please read your membership agreement thoroughly.
• Ensure that contact and billing information is up-to-date every few months.
• Declined monthly payments are subject to a $25 fee and will be automatically applied to the member’s account.
• Memberships are billed on the 1st of each month.
• Cancellation requests MUST be submitted no later than the 15th to avoid being billed the following month. Email info@cheetahgym.com. *We do not accept cancellation requests in person.
• Account Freeze requests received after the 25th of the month are subject to a $25 late request admin fee.
• One-year commitments MUST be renewed at the end of a contract, or will automatically shift to the month-to-month flex membership pricing. *One-year commitments are essentially contracts for one year.
• A member can only cancel their one-year commitment membership if they move 25 miles or more from the gym's location. The cancellation fee is $50+. *Must provide proof of address or lease.
