Cheetah Gym offers over 130 Group Fitness classes each week taught by highly qualified and dedicated Fitness Professionals. Choose from classes such as Hot Bod, WERQ, Yoga Basics, Pilates with Props, Zumba, Vinyasa Flow, hardCORE, Fast Lane, Weekend Warrior, CrossFit Express, Hip Hop Bootcamp and more. Cheetah Gym’s Group Fitness classes are categorized by your mission: Cardio, Strength, Indoor Cycling, Mind/Body, Fusion (combination of cardio, strength, stretch, or spin), and Specialty classes (like Pre/post natal classes). A new group exercise schedule comes out four times each year: Jan 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Schedules can be picked up at the front desk or printed from the website. At each change, we try to incorporate member feedback and requests received from the prior schedule as well as introduce new and exciting class formats and instructors!
Just interested in classes? We offer affordable class punch cards and class passes:
• 1 Day $15- good for as many classes as you would like to take that day.
• 10 Workout Punch Card $119- good for classes at your single location of choice
• 10 Workout Universal Punch Card $139- good for 10 total visits at any of our locations and as many classes as you would like to take that day.

Killer Bs.... is a 60-minute workout divided into three 20-minute sections devoted to three different areas of focus all starting with B. Bosu, ball, bands, barbell, boxing, butt, back, biceps…..endless combinations of body parts and modalities to deliver a beautiful, bangin’ body.
Chisel fo' Shizzel..... is a strength class featuring free weights and killer tunes! Major muscle groups will be targeted with exercises designed to increase muscular endurance and definition. The perfect pairing of music with strength moves makes this an especially entertaining strength class that’ll get you chiseled ….fo’ shizzel! Vinyasa Flow Yoga links poses and breathing with fluid ease. Postures flow and connect one movement into another in this practice.
WERQ™..... pronounced “work” is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. Are you ready to WERQ?
