Group Exercise Programs
To better suit the needs of our diverse and varied clientele, we offer a variety of classes at each location. Choose from over 150+ group exercise classes every week.

All of our instructors are thoroughly screened through a formal audition, interview and background check and certification verification. We have many talented instructors ranging from professional dancers to Olympic Trial cycling competitors.

All of our yoga instructors are certified with over 200 hours in yoga teacher training. All of our yoga instructors teach at private yoga studios in the city and continually practice their craft.

A new group exercise schedule comes out each season: Winter (January - April), Summer (May -August) and Fall (September-December). At each change, we try to incorporate all of the feedback and requests received from the prior schedule as well as introduce some new and exciting class formats and instructors.
